The Health Claims Forum is run by its members for the benefit of its members. A member is the insurer and not any individual employee. There is no limit to the number of individuals each member company can send to attend a Forum other than the statutory occupancy limit for the venue.
Each member is subject to an annual membership subscription fee. Where there are multi-site claims operations then a fee is due for each site at the discretion of the Committee.
Service providers are able to join as Associate Members subject to the rules set out in the Constitution (see link on the Committee page). There are limits to the number of Associate Members who may attend each Forum.
