Recording of Date of Claim for Critical Illness claims
Following consultation with members, we are pleased to publish the final HCF / CMI guidance document on recording dates of CI claim.
The guidance is to be effective from 1 January 2007 and the intention is that companies should follow the guidance from that date.
The document is available for download from the HCF website Useful Information page along with a document detailing the feedback received during the consultation.
